Stack Fumigation:

Stack fumigation can be undertaken for Agricultural produce by fumigating under gas proof cover against stored insect pests like grain beetles, weevils and moths. Stack fumigation is for export and import consignments, Wooden Packaging Material (WPM), Collateral Service Providers, Bulk grain handling agencies, Logistics and warehousing agencies, C& F agencies etc.

Container Fumigation:

Export containers are normally fumigated and subsequently ventilated prior to being loaded on board the ship. PRI’s trained fumigation technicians ensure the fumigation of container is carried out effectively. We undertake fumigation for both export and import container of various commodities as per the regulations. We committed to provide timely service to our various customers at factory stuffing points, CFS and ICDs.

Ship Fumigation:

Fumigation for commodities on board ships and barges, chartered and liner ships for Export and Import is fumigated in accordance with plant quarantine rules and regulations. PRI offer Fumigation of bagged and bulk cargoes in ships holds at various sea ports with Methyl Bromide and Aluminium Phosphide. Indigenous and efficient in-transit re-circulation system with phosphine can also be installed in ship holds on requirement.

ISPM 15 for Wooden Packaging Material (WPM) Fumigation:

The regulations, known worldwide as ISPM 15 and recognized by the World Trade Organization, are intended to prevent the spread of timber pests throughout the world. All shipments using any species of solid wood packaging must be fumigated by Dte. Plant Protection Quarantine approved agency and endorsed with ISPM 15 stamp before being allowed entry to or crossing through a participating country. PRI is approved agency for ISPM 15 fumigation treatment at various states in India.

Silo Fumigation:

We have acquired varied experience in fumigating various capacity grain silos and have demonstrated skills and standards in executing fumigation of large size grain silo. Our team of experts can help to initiate fumigation program to safeguard your bulk commodities stored in Silos and to have pest free products resulting in high returns. We execute silo fumigation with recirculation system for effective and guaranteed results.

Insect Monitoring for Storage Pests:

Insect Monitoring service is primarily for monitoring Stored Insect Pests at storage warehouses of food products. Insect Monitoring service is offered by installing insect pheromone traps within the premises for monitoring of these insect pests. Traps are installed in areas such as production areas of food processing units and areas handling dry foods and food products. Pheromone trap counts can lead to corrective measures such as spot application of pesticides and or fumigation to manage insect pests within the premises.
