Pre-Construction Anti termite treatment

Pre-Construction anti termite treatment is preventive and aims to create a continuous chemical barrier / zone below and around the structure, so as to prevent entry of subterranean termites into treated structure. This treatment is schedule at different stages during the construction of the structure and is best deal to prevent termites into structure for a long life. When the treatment is carried out on soil, it forms a treated zone, which termites never able to enter or get killed.

Service Warranty:

Pre-Construction anti termite treatment carries 10 years of service warranty.

Post Construction

Treatment:

Post construction Anti Termite Treatment is based on “DRILL-FILL- SEAL” technique to form a barrier against termites in existing building. This method is quick, non-messy and completely safe. It makes a completely undetectable chemical barrier around the building assuring of continuous protection. Infested woodwork is treated with oil based insecticide to kill termites and protect it from any further attacks.

Frequency:

Annual Maintenance Contract: PRI offers a 1- year AMC contract, treatment includes Initial treatment service followed by quarterly checkups.

5 years Maintenance Contract:

PRI offers a 5-year maintenance contract for entire commercial/ residential buildings, offering warranty certificate for termite protection. Treatment is done initially followed by check-up visits once in six months throughout the contract period.
